HIGH SPEED VEHICLES
High speed vehicles are the kinds of vehicles that goes faster than the normal departmental cruiser. Anything above the top speed of the cruiser (175kmh) is a high speed vehicle. There are some considerations on other vehicles depending of the abilities of it. Do note that any vehicle that is not on the list shown below is not considered as an HSV.
